Map how you sell
We document your real sales process — stages, owners, timings and the decisions in between. The system follows your process, not a SaaS template.
Service 02 · Marketing automation & CRM
You're already generating interest. The leak is what happens next. We build the system that captures every lead, follows up without being asked, and shows you exactly what's working.
Most SMEs don't have a lead generation problem. They have a lead handling problem — and it's invisible until you measure it.
02 / Your guide
We've implemented enterprise marketing platforms and we've built lean systems for five-person teams. We know exactly which features earn their money and which are sold to you as future insurance.
No forced upgrades. No lock-ins. What we quote is what you pay, and you own the data.

Website forms, calls, chat and email all land in one place with the source attached, so nothing is lost and attribution is honest.
Instant acknowledgements, nurture sequences, task reminders and internal alerts — built once, running quietly forever.
A simple dashboard showing enquiries, pipeline value and conversion by source. Decisions from evidence, not gut feel.
Do nothing and the cost is invisible but real: enquiries you paid for, quietly going to whoever replied first.
Whichever is genuinely right for you — commonly HubSpot, Pipedrive or an open-source stack we configure. We're not a reseller, so we have no incentive to push you onto the most expensive licence.
Implementation typically runs £4k–£15k depending on the number of processes and integrations. Licence costs sit separately with the platform, and we always show you the cheapest tier that does the job.
A focused first phase — capture, pipeline and core automations — is usually live in 3–6 weeks. We deliberately launch something useful early, then extend it.
Yes. Forms, quoting, invoicing, email and calendars are the usual suspects. If a system has an API we can connect it; if it doesn't, we'll tell you plainly.
Badly done, yes. Done properly it buys back the time to be more personal — the machine handles reminders, chasing and admin so your team can have the actual conversation.
Not always. If your site already converts, we start with the CRM. If it doesn't, fixing the front door first usually gets a faster return — and we'll say which applies to you.
